Thanks Martin for creating this blog and inviting us.
I am currently out of Bangalore and couldn't attend the meeting with SJR Builders.
Shouldn't SJR compensate in some way for the delay in handing over? Was this not discussed in the meeting?

I dint attend in person either being out of country..
But from what I understand from the meeting minutes Manjula sent out-this compensation thing would be brought up in the next session
Lets wait for other participants and see what their plan of action is.
Did they tell you anything about the flat maintenance charges?
Did they say 1 yr or 2 yr?
