It is great that a blog is set up. it can be really useful to ensure that they dont take us for a ride !
we had asked for the minutes of the meeting (Including points discussed and conclusions) to be sent to assist those that are unable to attend. Havent heard anything back yet.

i think if there are any volunteers who can personally attend these meetings then we should use this discussion forum to come up with a plan of action and the issues /concerns we should raise to their team management.
may be if those folks are trying to fool us we should have an attorney attend the meeting as well.all of us should collectively pay for his expense...
just my 2 cents.may be these are not really feasible suggestions..
Rather than individually emailing them and cutting individual deals we should go pursue a collective action.
I am planning on opening a new discussion thread with-in this blog -covering all the major concerns we want them to pay attention to and have them come up with an answer
Once we have a consolidated list someone planning on attending the meetings can bring it up
so this way we would not be making duplicate efforts and do not swamp them either

I am a buyer and planning to buy an apartment.Just came across SJR Brookyln and the loads of problems associated with it!!! Well at the moment I hope all these problems have been sorted out and you guys are having a great time.I am looking for some honest advice on this project as I am planning to buy one.It would be great if somebody in this group could help me in taking a decision on SJR Brooklyn.Basically wanted to know if its worth buying a property here.
