I was present for the meeting and wewaere able to get the director to atleast accept for a meeting on the coming 27th at 11am (at SJR office).
The agenda would be:
1. To fix a penalty should the handover get delayed from the committed date
2. To be compensated for the delay caused.
We also asked them to keep the demand note on hold till we have a resolution on the above.
We should be receiving a confirmation mail on the meeting in a day or two

Thanks Anil for the update on 17th Oct meeting.
It's inexcusable to see the builder not taking the customer meeting serious, but only concerned in getting the full amount disbursed with little progress made towards completion.
Friends, let's all of us be there for the next meeting (on 27th Oct) and make collective voice against their ROWDY behaviour.
